that’s how I perform my job. I am driven by my own motivation. I try and do get the job done completely and successfully. I don’t go after the rewards and commendation. I don’t really need reinforcements. But I do appreciate the support, the encouragement, and the praises. I listen and take in the critiques and learn and try to improve.
